I just saw the video saw some faces that i have already meet and a few other that i havent,overall the video is good and Ahmad you car loos good in the video; So what if you bro did the interview we all know its yours, Also got to see spiro, biz and leo great guys.

Everyone could have had a good deal more face time with room to spare on the DVD. I was a bit bummed my clip ended right before I was about to go into how I converted my C43 into a C55 of sorts. I know I started rambling so I guess it's all for the best... :p(oh ya ... it was real embarrasing to see my car @ stock height ... looked like I had a lift kit installed!

put it in a DVD player and hit ok, and then hit the down arrow and hit ok, lol
It worked in my PC too, I have the auto load feature and I played it fine in media player

I checked out the dvd!! Its an amazing dvd, just wished more was added in with some q&a with Noah, the tranny engineer. However i am happy to say that I COPPED THE LAST SCENE IN THE MOVIE!@!!!,

I just kooked the DVD into an iPod compatible format, loaded it in my brand spank'n new 60Gig G5 iPod video (black of course), bought a RoadShow AV cable from XtremeMac, plugged into the COMAND, and VIOLA, in-car DVD play of the AMG Owner's Fest 2005 event!

I would like to thank Dave "C43" for going the extra mile to forward me an original copy of the AMG Owners Day DVD from the get together on October 8th. I received it in the mail this evening. It looks like you all had a great time, and I was sorry to miss it.
Pete, you did an outstanding job of organizing this event....it started with just an idea, and your efforts paid off handsomely! It seems we shared the same crappy weather for our Atlanta photo shoot last April. It was nice seeing many "faces of the forum" so-to-speak on the DVD, and I look forward to some day when we can all meet up for a "Grand"-style event. I did see your sticky about getting a copy of the DVD, but my lazy butt just hadn't gotten around to sending you my request.
Playful kidding aside, one of the reasons this forum holds an interest for me, and other AMG/Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts, is the high level of camaraderie and respect for each other and that passion spills over to the establishment of personal relationships. I've mentioned to others here on MBWorld that several AMG guys were in attendance at my wedding last year... Car guys, especially Mercedes-Benz/AMG car people are a special breed of individual...folks with which I want to be associated.
Dave, you are a gentleman and enthusiast. Thank you again for your true hospitality, generosity and passion for our preferred marque. I look forward to the day when we'll meet....hopefully soon.

As soon as we get the date in august set... I want to hear about some Cars coming up from Atlanta for the event...
And it was just an idea that I was kicking around... I couldnt of pulled it off with out my field man Dave... this year as soon as Mr. Allan gives us a date will be bigger and better, already having a Rentech distributor offer to bring a SLK55 all done up in goodies!!!
