Steve? Atlanta team? Need help with dealership

My girlfriend at work just purchased a new CLK 350 from Mercedes of South Atlanta. Her experience has been far from pleasing thus far. She purchased the car Friday, Feb 24th, they told her it would arrive Tuesday, the 28th. It is now March 2nd with no car in sight and they are giving her the run around.
I was wondering if anyone had any contacts at that dealer or maybe another dealer, if she decides to not take delivery of this vehicle.

I'd check out RBM of Atlanta in Roswell. They have a larger inventory than South Atlanta, and they seemed to be a bit straighter to me. Their on-line inventory currently shows 2 CLK350 coupes (hope she likes Pewter) and 11 convertibles.
When I got my C55 last year, I looked at S. Atlanta first. They only had a single used one w/ 2K miles. It was the color I wanted, but no Nav. or Prem. Lighting, and they wouldn't budge from $57K. Said it was such a "rare" car that I probably wouldn't find another in Atlanta.
Went to RBM, they had 3 on the lot, one w/ exactly the options and color I wanted, brand new for less than $2K more than what S. Atl. wanted for a used one w/ two-fewer big-ticket options. Bought it on the spot.
My salesman was Charlie Vaccaro, I'm sure he'll match or beat any local price.
