It was easy. Just peel off the 3M tape skin and press them on. Then dyno a 2nd time.

I'm an in. I'll be there, camera in hand, ready to take shots of everyone's cars. I'm not positive I'll have my car in NYC by then, but if so maybe I can grab a ride with someone if they're leaving from Manhattan (i'm in midtown).

Quote: Hey, Vik - are you going to be with a group at SEMA, or displaying all by your lonesome? I'll be there on Saturday. BTW - I just got new OZ rims too - 18" Ultraleggeras powdercoated in gunmetal. Yours are gonna look great.
Tommy, I'm rolling up with my car club, however won't be able to show due to the fact that I have to be back in NJ on Sat. I will going up Friday night, and getting a hotel room in Fort Washington... hopefully I will see you at the show... are you showing? When are the wheels going on?

Rims went on Monday afternoon. No problems, thankfully. I'm sure that they look really pretty at the dealership right now - going under the knife tomorrow to fix an engine harness issue - $1450. Ouch!

Not showing - my ego couldn't take the pointing and laughing, like Rick's wife did on their honeymoon.

Quote: Got the PM, thanks

However the Mercedes is no more, I traded her in about 3 weeks ago. I didn't post it here because honestly I didn't want to hear **** about it...especially when I tell people what I got to replace her - which I won't...ask someone from Teckademics if you realllly need to know! And I didn't need someone saying "Why are you even telling us? do you want more attention?"

I read the thread but I'm still kind of confused where the meet is? That is, if non-Mercedes are welcome....even non-German cars for that matter
AHAHAHAHAHA CMON ITS A GREAT CAR...err SUV, lol... at least its black and might look GAANGSTA with some effort

After this weekend, I will. Funny thing is that I'll probably be driving the crx for awhile, though - taking it out of winter storage, and it's so much more fun to drive in warm weather than the Benz.

Just noticed this, you b*stard.

This thread has almost 900 views, yet we have only 20 people thinking of coming. This underscores my point that NE forum members are a lazy bunch of slackers.

Or that everyone knows what a sh*tty party you throw.

Oy - working on such a nice day really blows.

Rick, there's going to be a (so far) 150-car Honda meet near the Ben Franklin Bridge on the 23rd. Want me to pick you up on the way down?

Our Benzes can go over 70 without tipping over, so we have no need for karts.

Nice, next time I'm in the area I'll try it out. F1 is very expensive, I only went because I know the owner of Exoticar and he has a shop setup inside. I had a good time though.
