Chicago-area High Speed AX Aug 26th

The Sports Car Club of Rockford is hosting a High Speed Autocross on a 2 mile long racetrack (Blackhawk Farms, South Beloit, IL) on Saturday August 26th, 2006 and EVERYONE is welcome to participate.
Most people only need to bring their Mercedes, an approved helmet and the entry fee to have fun on the track. Some cars may require a racing harness or if you have a convertible, a roll bar too. Our safety requirements have recently been updated so easily find the safety requirements and your car classification at: http://autocross.mcscc.org/safety/harness01.php
Entry fee is only $99 for members of Midwestern Council and $125 for non-members. You don't have to pre-pay to pre-register. Surf on over to http://autocross.mcscc.org for more details on what we do or contact AUTOCROSS@mcscc.org.
