****Registration Info - Atlanta AMG Meet - November 4th/5th****

Plans are well in motion and final details should be completed in the next day or two. I met with Beowulf last evening and we toured our selected hotel, the Hilton Atlanta Northeast. They are very gracious and eager to host us. We will have a private parking area for attendees for the entire weekend (Friday-Sunday) as well as an excellent room rate of just $74 per night plus tax. There will be several surprises during the weekend, but here's just a sample of what's to come:
Friday, November 3rd – Travel / Arrival Day
Saturday, November 4th – Photo Shoot, Tech Session, Dyno Runs, Banquet
9:00am: AMG Photo Shoot/Meet, Hilton Atlanta Northeast (Norcross, GA)
11:00am: Technical Session with Mercedes-AMG and MBUSA reps
DOOR PRIZE GIVEAWAYS! - Lunch included - You must be pre-registered for this!
1:00pm: Caravan departs for Dyno runs
Balanced Performance, Sugar Hill, GA
Time TBD: Banquet with Photo and Video presentation
DOOR PRIZE GIVEAWAYS!
A FULL set of performance tires will be GIVEN AWAY to one lucky AMG owner!!! (courtesy of our friends at Butler Tire - Doraville)
You must be pre-registered for this!
Sunday, November 5th – Drag Racing, Silver Dollar Raceway – Reynolds, GA
8:30am: Caravan departs from the hotel for Silver Dollar Raceway
Hilton Atlanta NE
Hotel Information: We have secured a group rate at the Hilton Atlanta Northeast for just $74/night (plus tax). You must make your reservations directly with the hotel by contacting them at (770) 447-4747 and mention you are with the “Atlanta AMG Meet”
Registration: If you plan to attend (even if only for the photo shoot), you must request a registration packet (free) by e-mailing your request to AtlantaAMGmeet@hotmail.com. The registration packets will be forwarded by e-mail beginning September 18th.
Please request your registration packet asap as there is LIMITED SPACE for the dyno runs (approximately 25 cars) and the slots will be filled on a first come, first-served basis. Note: Above times may be subject to change slightly.
