sounds like I can make this meet.
So far I have been to the Rose Bowl meet with my C32 and the Fontana with my C32.
I need to run my E55 now with the rest of the herd.

Hey guys I have asked Ling to take over for me in planning this thing. I might be out of town on business for a while. Ling can you work on getting Renn and K at this meet? It's about time those boys stepped up to the plate.

Thanks Mark! We can split up the duties for the vendor contact if you'd like. I'll do Kleemann and you can do Renntech (or vice versa) once we have a set date.
I'm going to need everybody's input on this: Angela has given me the option of changing the date to accommodate everyone.
I know some of you want a January date. Is this okay with the others and what date in January would work best for you folks? The cutoff date for your input will be Monday, November 27th. After that, we will start planning with the new date in place.

We're shooting for Jan 20th at Tia Juana's restaurant in Irvine. I have still not heard back from the restaurant's reservation's manager. I will give them a call later today to see what's up.

Don't we need to have some sort of a permit or something? I remember last year when we had this meet at Tia, there were cops asking questions etc about what's going on. Must be a Irvine thing. Just wanted to make sure.

Yeah you may want to check on that cause that's what happened last year. Think it was because the amount of cars that showed up? But anyway check on it just to be on the safe side.
