Its ummm 5 people, the meets have never been about any one crew. We have been doing this long before any of those guys have been around (no offense but its true). Its been about the people who showed up and what we make of it. Last time I checked, we got quite a showing coming. No sweat of my beer drinking back, I can party loner style or with a gang of peeps.

What does suck is I tend to drink more when Jangy is around.

Hey folks,

I was over at Evosport last night picking up my SL55. They just finished installing a Quaife LSD diff. Simon said they would not be at the meet tomorrow because of work load at the shop. 12 engines being built.
He said to say hi to all the gang and enjoy the meet.

I will be there by 10am with the permit. I think its a good idea to have it there early before any of the Irvine PD have a chance to question things.
My first meet and I look forward to meeting all you fellow car nuts !!!

I wouldnt say walk ... the only time we even went up and down the streets was in HB when I had my less powerful car (No backpressure) and she had peeps in the car but also took the turns first and accelerated first. I do believe she will pull a half car length on me down low but up top its all about conditions/guts. She basically copied my car verbatim but has the TB so she is faster I would say.

i wouldn't sweat too much the permit issue. There's non-permit car meets at TiaJuanas all the time (Woodies, Corvettes, VW's etc...) and they never get hassled. Can' wait to see your super SL55 ! Sounds like good evo work !

If you do get there a little early, can you please make sure no one parks in that entire balcony front row, just in front of the restaurant.
Want to reserve that section for all the 1950-1977 MB's and the MB exotics (SLR / CLK-DTM / Smart ).
