I don't know of any 'official' runs (nor do I know how good of company I am), but I wouldn't mind doing something like this. Let me know if you get some people together.

every first sunday of the month MBCA gets together to do a drive, usually in country roads around up here in the bay. i believe their webpage is www.firstsundaydrives.com

I would also be interested in something like this.
A lot of the drives are simply too far for me to meet up. Around Napa is less than an hour away.
(I just dread the entire Sac-S.F. drive up 80)
