Here is the latest version of the flyer with updated sponsor information. Phil from Detailer's Domain was gracious enough to donate a huge amount of things for the raffle so he's listed as the Title Sponsor. You guys should check out the site, i buy alot of my supplies there

UPDATE

I have recently learned from the school that we will only be allowed to use the large parking lot for the showing area, not the circle that I had always planned on using for additional parking. Therefore, I am forced to start a pre-registration so we don't overflow the lot. I have no idea why they waited this long to tell me this but its out of my control now.

The last thing that I want to happen is to have you guys come out to the show and run out of parking. Therefore, if you do the pre-registration I can guarantee you a spot. However since I want everything to be as balanced as possible I'm only going to allow a certain number of each brand to sign up. For right now it will be 50 Volkswagen, 50 Audi, 50 BMW, and 15 "Other Euro Makes". Thats not to say it won't change in the future but those are the numbers for right now. That still leaves some room for walkins but if I were you I wouldnt take the chance if I could help it.

I apologize that this has happened so late after everyone has made their plans for the show. However, believe me, no one is more annoyed than I am. Next year after I'm done with the school I can assure you that we won't have these sort of problems again.

As far as pre-registration all you have to do is send me an email at Eurofest2008@gmail.com with the following info:

Full Name

City/State Where You Live

Make/Model/Year of Car

***Every person bringing a car must get an email to me, its not good enough to just put a +2 next to your own name. In addition, if you pre-register you have to be there by 11 AM, I can't hold your spot for too long while there are walkins that want to come in. Hopefully we don't leave too many people out out of the show, but this is way I have to do it now

"Other Makes" meaning Mercedes, Porsche, etc. 15 should be enough though i think, and if not, those numbers are flexible based on how many VW's, Audi's, and BMW's sign up.

Hmmm... three brands get 150 slots. More fair would be a mix of four brands, say 37/38 cars. Guess who the logical choice for the fourth brand is ?
The benefit to the public is less repetition. Remember a happy crowd will spread the word as fast as an unhappy one.

That must be hard to decide who can in and who can't.

After all the stops were taken by all the VW, BMW, Audi and 15 "others", there is an enzo shows up..... what are you going to do?

it's going to be interesting ...

Just because of that you're gonna skip it?? I don't think that count is official, just an estimate based on the response from the bmw/vw/audi guys. Why don't you just send him an email.. takes 2 seconds

There is no way in hell that 37 Mercedes would show up, sorry they just aren't that popular to mod. My number of 15 was my best guess of how many "Others" would come to the show. If it was more I would give you guys more parking spaces, if it was less, I would give you less parking spaces. The number is not set in stone or anything. If you guys think I'm crazy then prove me wrong. I'd love to see a big Mercedes turnout, but I just didn't predict it happening.

Just so everyone knows, I'll be away from tomorrow until Sunday afternoon, so don't be offended if I don't respond very quickly. I'll try to get to a computer once or twice over the weekend, but I'm not sure how it will go. Once I get back, it will be crunch time for the show

+1 for SLK_Roy

If anyone has throught of this event, and you chose to go to one event this year, it should be this one. The reason I say this is that it is the coolest high school project that I have ever seen. Buegie has put a ton of effort into this, I am very impressed.

Lets make this event a memorable one!!

Smoked Lights, Stickers, Overlays!

Hi Everyone, I will be aVendor at this event. I wanted to put the word out there that I will be bringing overlays and overlay material to the event. If I do not have an overlay for your car I can make the template at the show and have them ready for you by the end of the show. I just wanted to get any of you prepared for this if you were interested in getting any lights tinted or some added styling to your Benz. Thanks Everyone, I look forward to seeing you there. I look forward to haveing you stop by the tent and chatting with us.

Dan
