If you don't want to spend New Year's morning watching parades or football games on TV, then this is for YOU! Put it on your calender now!
Every year, real car guys get together on PCH just north of Topanga starting about 9AM. After an hour or so, several groups split off, depending on the type of drive they want to take, and again meet up at Tapia Park in the Santa Monica mountains. This was started years ago by famous driver PHIL HILL, and the last 3 years there has been at least 250 cars, from 1920s Bentleys to Jay Leno in his latest exotic toy. Besides a gullwing or two, I am usually the only MB! Last year I ran with the Porsche guys and had a great time. No RSVP, no money, just show up and represent! Hope to see you there....
