SO it was a good time?

I had the car packed up, ready to go and was advised that I had alternate plans yesterday by SWMBO. I was pissed.

That would be me.

Yes, it was too bad about the weather. Would have loved to have seen your car inside and out. The "logic" to that Eisenmann exhaust diameter had me scratching my head - hopefully, the replacement will make more sense. It did sound very nice, though.

And of course, enjoy Rick's new mod as well. Didn't know dyno numbers could change that much for a simple license plate frame.

Very spirited drive tho. I can personally vouch that a C230KSS will easily do 125 mph SB on the GSP.
25 minute drives > 1 hour 25 minute drives

My ride back was as smooth as silk. We waited just the right amount of time; was home by 6:30, though I didn't do 125. That's illegal - shame on you!

It was fun until the hurricane started. Though I wasn't desperate enough to try the hamburger soup - I predict over at MG's house tonight. Better luck next time. Of course, it was all God's punishment for Chucky pussing out.
Amazingly, A tin foil roof keeps Epic Flood Rains of Biblical Proportion off of hot coals and allows hamburgers to cook. They were yummy and no barfing was encountered.

We need to change this thread title for appropriate memorialization.

I suggest

"The Hurricane Meet, and the Primaddona Benz owners who grilled in it"

It took me 1.5 hours to get home. The Raritan River actually flowed over route 1, which caused a 5 mile parking lot.

Tyro, I can't believe you pulled out an expensive digicam in a monsoon, and then you are surprised it stops working. Divers buy special cameras for that very reason.

By the way, since I was awake at 5am due to jet lag, I was treated with the site and sound of a massive forty foot tree limb decide to die and fall in front of my garage doors, blocking us in. So I spend 4 hours with a power saw just to get the car out of the garage.

Anyone looking for a deal on firewood?
