I'm not sure what the deal will be this time around... I've been waiting to hear back from Rob... this might be an AMG only event unless otherwise invited... there is a lot up in the air still

Any updates to this? fyi, Raceway Park in Englishtown NJ now has a road course. If we get enough people, we could probably rent it for one of the days. If not, those interested could probably go run their cars. Just something to think about...

Regardless, count me in... and I'll fight my strong urge to bring the new 'bmw' [mini] ; tho I'm thinking I might bring the classic SL instead of the C43/55.... w/a big "For Sale" sign on it so I can pay-off the MINI sooner.

.... but I vote "Yea" to everything else suggested but the "AMG-only" part (and not only 'cus I was thinking of bring'n my old 560SL this year). There's a lot of killer non-AMG MBs that attended years past; and you've had enough attrition of AMG or non-AMG members who said they'd attend but didn't to warrant not limiting the attendee list to just a subset of the MB owners community to begin with.

Did you care you explain to everyone why attendance is important in regards to MB's feelings on past AMG fests?

Hey guys I think we are going to have to pick a different weekend, I havent spoken to Rob Allan in quite some time. I'll shoot him an email and see if we can still get something set up for maybe early october.
Last time we spoke he told me there was some construction going on at MBUSA and that an event being held there would be dependent on the work being done on the property
