Just a suggestion, if you don't want to be responsible for organizing the meet. Why don't you work with StirlingSilver (C63) as he's organized 3+ successful events in the past few months.

cause i read a post where one of the c63 owners or meet organizer said they dont set a date for meets they pm the individuals. =(
its all good tho..
