Bruce, it's right in the Borgata; been there at least a couple of years now (since I went to this same conference there two years ago and had a bigass steak).
Bobby Flay's new steakhouse is there too, but I thought it was overpriced and not very interesting (unlike Mesa Grille in the City, which I love).

I was a pre casino resident, so I figured wrong by using the old as a reason to think it had been there for years.
I don't know if this place is as good but we used to like The Library 3 on the Black Horse Pike, near Story Book Land. You pick your cut of steak and the weight from the butchers counter. As I recall the meats were excellent.
Remind me to tell you the story about my folks and my 1st wife that happened at The Knife and Fork on Albany Ave. across from where Atlantic High used to be and the Presidential Hotel also used to be.
