Yes, but you have to protect your assets while piercing the corporate veil. 
It actually shouldn't be a bad couple of days; I'm sure our acctg firm will take me to the Old Homestead on Monday night, and I'll be able to see if I've learned anything about control at the blackjack table. Probably not!

Bruce, it's right in the Borgata; been there at least a couple of years now (since I went to this same conference there two years ago and had a bigass steak).
Bobby Flay's new steakhouse is there too, but I thought it was overpriced and not very interesting (unlike Mesa Grille in the City, which I love).
