I wanted to let everyone know that I will be attending an event at Laguna Seca on Friday, July 9th. The event will be put on by Speed Ventures and it is running Friday (9th), Saturday (10th), and Sunday (11th).

I have gone to past events at Laguna Seca through a different venue; On-the-Edge-Trackdays and they are an absolute blast. You get to truly push your car to its limits in a safe, controlled environment, and best of all; you get to do it on an AMAZING track that makes you test every aspect of the car.

One statistic that sums up how fun my last trackday - I used ~13 gallons of 93 octane gasoline in only 80 minutes, averaging 8.3 mpg.

I will be running my fairly un-modified 2004 E320. The only major track adjustments is the 20x10 rear and 20x8.5 front wheels with race tires (not slicks yet) purely for grip. The camber and toe will be adjusted for handling as well.

This is one of the only events at Laguna Seca during the prime summer months, so if you don't hit this one, you will have to wait until September. Its an awesome time so I hope some other Benz's will be in attendance.

I just went to a local autocross and beat my fiends laptime on a G35. So 90 more HP didn't do anything for him!

Only thing was that I was the only benz at the event again!
