i think once we officially decide on where its going to be we can get alot more interest. i have a couple guys locally to me (none drive a c32) but im sure they will love to bring there cars. and if this meet is big enough and locally to Norfolk area i can get these guys to come out. www.awol.tv

Im in the NOVA area and would definitely be down to meet up with some more MB/AMG Owners. Although Ive been lurking on this site for about 4 months, this is my first post actually. And just recently became the owner of an 05 C55 not more than 30 hrs ago. Ill keep an eye on the thread but would definitely like to put a face to the names Ive seen on here.

Yes I do work at a MB dealer in Nova. VA beach would be too far for me, I only have 2 weekends off a month and that leaves me with little time to attend to my affairs. I would much prefer something closer, isnt VA beach over 2 hrs away?

I'm also holding events this year as well, if your interested PM me with your full name, screen name, email address, phone optional and what model Mercedes you have. Here is the list of events, although the Drag Day wasn't supported my the AMG Performance Center. They obviously frown upon racing AMGs, plus their liability issues associated with their insurance. We are looking instead to doing a Autocross event. I also published the AMG Meet & Greet Event for MD,DC, VA.

I know my 06 c230 is inferior to the amg's, but i'm definitely interested in getting to know some MB owners around the DC area. I recently moved up here in November and would like to set something up around here.
But I'm definitely willing to take a trip to VA Beach.

Yuille count me in! I'm from MA but my fiancé and I are looking forward to any AMG events this year. I am actually looking for a C43 or C36 for her, so I am torn between taking the C32 or the 190E Cosworth turbo beast(that is if I am completely finished with the ongoing 4 year masterpiece. We look forward to meeting you all and I have been talking to all the local AMG enthusiasts/owners about the June 25th meet to get a convoy from MA to VA
