DATE CHANGE for '12 Indiana SLK Meet, Sat. June 9.
I'm posting this here and now to give a bit of a heads-up. We will do the long version this year, but if anyone isn't up to the extra time/distance, they can let me know and join in at another location on the route.
Breakfast will be in Greencastle IN(determining location at this time) from 8AM to 9:45AM with a short meeting from 9:45 to 10.
Start drive at 10AM sharp; PLEASE gas you car before we start and have as full a tank as possible.
A 15 min. break will be in Bedford.
Lunch will be at the Story Inn.
We will reverse the route for the return trip to Greencastle with another break in Bedford.
Supper/dinner on return to Greencastle(determining location at this time).

There have been quite a few "looks", so if anyone is interested in joining in on the fun and food, please pm me. If the number is 10+, the restaurant(s) need to know so they can have enough staff.

Do to other people not being free on Sat., 6-2, I am probably changing the date from Saturday 6-2 to Saturday, 6-9. If this change would give people here a clear date, PLEASE let me know. Everything else about the meet stays the same, as far as the meeting, eating and driving go.
I will know for sure tomorrow morning and will post later, Tuesday afternoon...

Indiana SLK Meet date HAS changed...
Ok, the date HAS changed to Saturday, June 9. If this new date fits your schedule(s), please sign-up ASAP so I can give a heads-up to the restaurants.

A fun day was had by all who attended. It was great to share the day with the new and old friends! The food was excellent as were the roads. No pics were taken due to losing my "photographer" with the date change...sorry.
ATTENTION!!! Next year, the meet will be Sat. June 1! IF "you" want to join in on the fun and camaraderie, please set this date aside. Greencastle meal locations may be different, although I HATE to exclude Almost Home for dinner(Lordy, they have great food!!!). I may just leave it alone, meal wise. The route needs NO changes(other than not having to take the detour due to road construction).
