Looks like I wont be able to get there until mid afternoon. How long is the meet going to be on for? Hopefully it'll last a few hours so I can get there and meet everyone before it's over.

Yes, he's got one. Just finished painting it, too. It'll be in the glovebox of his E class at the meet - you can ask to see it.

Thanks RRRize. I have to figure out what time I'm getting there. I got a shower to go to that lasts 12-4 on that day. I figure I'll walk in, drop off my gift, make an apearance and be out.

Either way, I'll be at the meet, maybe just a little late.

Count me as tentative. I unfortunately won't be able to confirm positively up till the last second since I will have just been coming back from a vacation in Hawaii

. But sounds like a good meet, and being a former Lexus owner, I know of a lot of the members from ClubLexus as well.

is there a rain date?
my M5 is allergic to rain.....it breaks out in beads!

i also posted a link at the M5 board about the meet.
maybe we will see more M5's.

What, you were feeling lonely... or a bit too POWERFUL for the rest of us??

Just as a heads up, we've got about 53 BMWs, 52 Lexus' and about 27 MBs! That's 137 cars with about 17 more days to GROW!! I'm getting slightly concerned about space... so make sure you M5 peeps get there 2 hours ahead of time cuz I wanna see em'!!! LOL! But seriously, how many M5s do you anticipate will come?

And, we do in fact have a rain date which we planned on posting up between tonight and tomorrow! But since you asked, the rain date will be the following Sunday, May 2nd.

I'm really excited and looking forward too! I would love to see some M5s as well! But I am really looking forward to just seeing the 3 car groups unite! I am looking forward to taking some real sweet pictures. I am looking forward to learning more about MB and Lexus (I got tons of questions)! And I'm looking forward to meeting some real cool people! This is going to be a very memorable meet!

The location of this meet may now be a factor. If you are planning to be in Roosevelt park, and the weather is nice, I don't think the parking lot can handle this many cars.

Last time we were there, many misc local people ate up half the spots.

then again, I am only speculating on the location.
