Thumbs up Antique and Collectible Car Show - Long Island, 5/19/02

For those of you in the northeast, and are free, please try and make this car show. It's a benefit event for a NY state trooper who lost her leg while on a traffic stop.

March, 2002

Dear Friend:

On Sunday, May 19, 2002, we are holding a classic and collectible car show at St. Anthony's High School in South Huntington, New York, to benefit New York State Trooper Susan Guacci. Trooper Guacci is a 3-year veteran who lost her leg in the line of duty. She is facing extensive treatments to try to restore her to as normal life as possible.

New York State Troopers will be on hand to demonstrate their Convincer and Rollover Vehicles, inspect child safety seats and provide general traffic information.

We would appreciate it if you would consider being a sponsor (see enclosed sponsor sheet) and by donating a raffle prize.

If you need further information, please call me or Trooper Douglas Goller (NYSP Public Information Officer). Trooper Goller can be reached at 631-756-3389. The event is sponsored by the Police Surgeons Benevolent Association.

Sincerely,

/s/ Ray Mascolo

Wow - that's bad timing. I'll be volunteering at the Aidswalk that day. Otherwise, I'd consider it.
