Being privy to the info that goes around from the convention center, here is a street closure announcement for this event:
CITY STREET CLOSURE INFORMATION
Mini Le Mans in San Jose
October 13, 2004
The following streets/lanes will closed from 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2004, to accommodate the Mini Le Mans media event, sponsored by Laguna Seca Raceway:
• Eastbound Park Avenue: Almaden Boulevard to Market Street;
• Market Street: San Carlos Street to San Fernando Street
(One lane only, closest to the park) Market Street will remain open to through traffic.
