So a little background info. I own a 2012 C63 it has 28,000km. I purchased the vehicle in October of 2014 and at that time it had only 4,000km. My warranty EXPIRED Oct 8/2015 and on Oct 10/2015 my check engine light came on and started flashing. I got it put on a diagnostic right away and it was determined that it was an engine misfire. Mercedes-Benz Langley is telling me that they will not cover my warranty because it was expired by 2 DAYS and that there is nothing they can do to help me. I would appreciate any suggestions because I have heard of good will warranty before but they are saying they can't do that either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and I can answer more questions if need be. I don't know if this is the proper part of the forum if it isn't I apologize.
