Hi! So, I have an Endurance Powertrain warranty for 'high mileage vehicles.' My car is a 2011 R350 BlueTEC. It has less than 90k miles. The timing chain is stretched and it is having a negative impact on the operation of the vehicle. My policy covers the failure of internally lubricated parts. Does anyone have experience getting an extended warranty company to cover a stretched timing chain?

I haven't had an experience. I think a claim is unlikely. I have decided to sell/trade my R350. Hopefully, I will be in a position to get rid of it in the near future.
