Called my Mechanic for recommendations.
Looking for a aftermarket warranty for 2014 ML350 gas 2wd 48k mi. Not MB warranty eligible. All quotes are over $5K, and almost 25% of what I paid for the SUV. After listening to the three top google search listed companies give the same pitch, quote about the same rate, then trash talk their competitors, sent a message to the mechanic I'll trust to do the future service. None of the companies made his list. Not Carchex (Autoshield), Endurance or Protect My Car. Will start investigating companies he's worked with and had good customer feedback. He's worked with Route 66, Mercury and Mastertech.
