Do I Have CPO
Trying to figure it out. I just bought a used 2016 Mercedes GLA45 a week ago here in Seattle.
The dealer says it's a CPO and I saw the paperwork (Checklist and pictures stating as such). But, I didn't sign anything stating I bought a CPO.
I called Mercedes USA and they said the car is not a CPO.
Did I get duped? What can be done to fix it? Plus, Mercedes USA is having a promo on CPO. You get first 2 months credit. This is why I bought too.
I don't see this in my paperwork either. And, Mercedes USA has no clue what I'm talking about per their CPO promo. All they said is payments don't star till April 2020.
I didn't do my homework very well. It was situation where they/dealer kept me for 6 hours to make this transaction happen. ugh!!!
Thanks for reading and thought I would post here for better luck.

If you bought it from a Benz dealership it should have came with CPO paperwork. Mine came with a book that had its CPO inspection, a repair order for all the work they did during the CPO process, a booklet on the warranty information, and the data card.
If you got none of this and MBUSA says you don't have CPO then you probably got duped and should take that up with the selling dealer right away.
Problem/question fixed! =)
Sincerely,
Earl
