Great Experience/Pricing on AMG E63S Fidelity Wtty: Michael Jourdan
Gotta give a shout out to Michael Jourdan at Mossy Motors in NOLA!
He was able to get me a Fidelity 4 year, 48,000 mile Platinum extended warranty for $3,688 on my "new" 2016 E63S with 32,000 miles.
Great on many levels:
* Covers AMG cars (some, maybe not all, but was able to cover an out of warranty 4 year old E63S).
* Offers a wide menu of choices: Platinum or Gold, 2-6 years, 12,000-15,000 miles per year, $0, $100, and $250 deductibles.
* Pricing: Michael was able to offer very substantial discounts from MSRP.
* Michael was constantly available by phone or text, throughout the weekend or otherwise (except when he was out on his extended 2 hour bike rides).
Fidelity has three pricing tiers depending on your vehicle's mileage:
0-20,000 miles
20,000-35,000 miles
and
35,000+ miles
Supposedly, rates go way up over 35,000 miles. I was at 32,000 miles, so in the middle tier for pricing.
All the dealers I have spoken with give Fidelity high marks for service and integrity. They have been around for 40+ years, have an actual insurance company standing behind their policies, high marks, etc. And the service departments I spoke with said they pay claims appropriately.

That's awesome! I have also used Cassandra Castro multiple times without any issue for ELW's and CPO extended warranties. I have never found anyone that could beat her price and service. I also think Fidelity's prices are better, but not sure...Fidelity may also go more years (will MB go 6+ years after the first 4 years)?

Bought one too from him as so many of us do on Rennlist (Porsche forum) . Bought 6/72 platinum coverage for my recently acquired 2014 E63s wagen with 37K miles. I also checked Cassandra /Jeff and all the big hitters that Mercedes crowd likes and found Michael's prices the best.
