I bought a 2018 W222 S450 with 31,903 miles. The single prior owner was meticulous about maintenance, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with the car, and there has been no damage. VIN: WDDUG6EB3JA351450
Last time I checked on MB warranties for used there weren’t many options. I think that’s a bit strange as it probably eats into the resale value of these cars.
The downside for me is I’m now a cancer patient and if you haven’t experienced that, cancer becomes your world all of a sudden. For the sole breadwinner for a family of SIX this is an earthquake of a change for sure! The good news is that I am going to the best cancer center in the world.
In fact, I bought this car so I would have a very comfortable ride to and from MD Anderson for the next year or treatments and then the following five years of follow up bloodwork and scans. WE HOPE!
So on top of all of that, I’m not looking to spend a ton right now because medical bills are enormous. More than that though I need to be sure I have few problems with this car and I don’t buy some warranty that is really a waste of money.
Any suggestions please?
Thanks!

Reach out to Trenton @Highline-Autos.com . He post frequently on the forum; they offer a couple warranty choices. Several forum members are using their coverage whith good results. If I were to go with an ELW I'd go with one of the options from Trenton.
