W124 HID projector headlights
I am working on another headlight project, so my old set of headlights are up for sale. I have abount $400 just in parts plus about 40 hours of labor to retrofit the Mercedes HID projectors. I have used these for over a year without any problems. While they were apart, attention was paid to ensure longevity, so plenty of JB Weld and silicone was used. Beam pattern and cut off is very good also
Testing the waters here before they go on Ebay, if interested send me a PM with your offer. Also, I really don't have time to take these apart and re-paint them, but its easy enough to do (see my site www.2phast.com/500e/exterior.htm for info about how to do this)
Included will be the entire headlight assemblies, burners, igniters and ballasts. I will even include a set of 6 pin sockets. These are plug and play for the most part, you would just need to replace your 4 pin connectors with these 6 pin connectors and install. No relays necessary.
These are 94-95 style headlights, but as you can see, look very good on the earlier model W124's also.
These are Bi-Xenon projectors, which are hooked up and functional, but you for them to work correctly, you would need to add a relay to your existing system so that the low beams don't turn off when you turn the high beams on.
