Stubby Rubber Antenna
The rubber boot from my 01 E320 Antenna decided to stay at the car wash. I don't know why as I always treated it well. Anyhow, I now need to replace it. I have read a lot of suggestions but some links were no longer active. So can someone tell me where to get the rubber part...I do not want to give MB $230+ for the entire part as they already get enough $$$$ from me. Thanks in advance for the advice.

No pic. But easy to explain.
Roof antenna assembly has a
rubber gasket
housing
short antenna
rubber boot covering antenna about as big around as a pencil.
All held on with one torx head screw.
I need the gasket and the boot.

Assuming your car has/had the same antenna as my '06 C230ss- you are welcome to mine for the price of shipping. My car doesn't have tele-aid, so I took the whole thing off for a slightly cleaner look. From what I was reading when I was searching for it's actual function- they aren't much money from the dealer either. Seems like I read somewhere around $15, but I can't remember.

I dont have capabilities to take pics. Camera is broken. Could you post pics of yours? If its no trouble. You say $15, but I've heard about $200 so I think we might be talking about different things. I appreciate your help either way.
