this is supposed to fit the w202, but I installed it myself and had a hell of a time fitting it as good as oem. IT WILL NOT FIGHT PERFECTLY AT ALL, so if you buy it be prepared to fight tooth and nail. It'll look good on the outside, but it's worthy of an lol.
The grille is held on to the hood of the car with 8 clips and 8 screws screwed into the clips. On my w202, only three fit. the others started bending the grille, slid off, or wouldnt even go on.
