I know that Steve has em for 3k. If it's from a car that hasn't been involved in an accident than I don't see a reason why not buying a used one.
Again no help from anyone, figured it out on my own, took me 6 hours from start to finish and programming everything. Works like a charm. One of the best mods I've ever done with US traffic conditions. Not cheap though at all. Next mod power trunk lid and illuminated door sills.

...and it is amazing! You should do a DIY thread. The little bit of forum-surfing I've done leads me to believe that the "phatter" the car, the less DIY-mod-happy the members tend to be. BITD, the W203 forum was rife with great DIY threads, and I swear each one would inspire another (some guys posted DIY oil change or light bulb change). PM me the $$ and time it took you, though I know you feel the time doesn't count, as it's a "labor of love!"
