Are the LEDs only for the turn signals? The actual brake light is still a regular incandescent bulb, right?
What issues did you run into when doing the retrofit aside from the fact that the tail light is a different shape on the facelift than on the older models? (or did you stop right there?)

Shape is pretty much the same except the bottom is 1inch shorter on the new light, therefore need filling on the bumper.
I know someone in Richmond is very good on doing custom lighting, he did my R8 with the R8 GT taillight & manage to light up all Led just like the European style.
