I have a pair of facelift headlights for sale. Overall they are in good condition with clear lenses. The passenger side lens has a very slight haze, but it's not very noticeable. It can certainly be buffed up, or left alone.
I do not know much about them since they came in the car, but here's what I do know:
1) They came off my 2004 E55. I replaced them because my car came with active cornering, and these lights were throwing an error for active cornering.
2) They appear to be OEM, but I do not 100% know. They certainly have OEM components.
3) They worked fine when removed last week (all lights function)
4) They were plug and play with a 2004 E55 harness.
5) I've read that facelift headlights (2007+ w211) do not work with preface lift cars (pre 2006), specifically the active cornering and auto leveling functions. Given that, I don't know if these have active cornering or not, only that it didn't work on a 2004 model.
6) The halogen high beam and flasher bulbs are included.
