Off my 2014 C63 Coupe, fitment for any 2012-2015 W204 C63 is guaranteed! Anything else I am not sure.
The diffuser itself is a perfect fit (no modification required of your existing bumper) and no issues with misalignment. Visually when installed looks about 100% brand new, no cracks in the carbon fiber.
*Full disclosure* However the clear coat on the bottom has a minor crack (note, you can not see this when installed unless your car is on a lift and even then unless you shine a bright light on it, it won't be noticed). I've attached pictures and circled it to show this under the worse possible angle/condition.
