Gents! please help! i just purchased a 2014 CLS550. the car is totally awesome however 2 days after having it I started to see a "bluetooth audio device paused" it wont un pause or anything. The music plays but i cant turn up or down the volume. only the phone works. The dealership i got it from told me that Im going to need to do a software update and that i need to pay 450 dollars. Does anyone know a place that does software updates?!

I heard that Sammys shoe shop in Altoona, PA does updates---give em a call---however a more reliable source would be the selling dealership.

Turns out squeaky wheel gets the oil. Got them to get me the update for free AND to fix the speaker rattle in the back! Thanks for all the info, fellas!
