Does anyone have a resource for obtaining aftermarket Xenon lights for my MY2002 G500? Rather than replacing the round light can a xenon light be installed in the foglamp position?

Scroll down the page and they have bi-xenon upgrades available, but they look kind of weird and I'm not sure if they are street-legal here in the US.
If you want an easy upgrade for the lighting on your G500, you might consider getting some better H4 bulbs for your main headlights from Philips (who are the OEM supplier I believe).
These bulbs are a VERY easy upgrade to the standard H4 bulbs you have now and they are US street legal. They do make a good improvement in actual performance and are not like those cheap "blue" bulbs which look like xenon bulbs but have terrible performance.
Actually, having done some research, I'm not sure what bulbs come with the G500. I know they are H4's, but some sources indicate they are standard bulbs, but this thread on another forum indicates that perhaps MB is shipping them with Philips H4 Premium bulbs:

Just checked and my 2002 G500 came with Philips H4 Premiums and the fog-lights appear to be Philips H3 BlueVision. Not sure if upgrading the headlights to H4 VisionPlus bulbs will make much of an improvement. Anyone tried it yet?
