Anyone else have this happen?

I have a pretty bad leak when it rains. the foor on the drivers side is soaked under the mat, and I can't figure out what is going on. Help!

Could be a couple of things. Knowing the year model of your G would help make a better guesstimate.

1.) It could be a loose or leaky seal around the driver's side windshield wiper shaft.
2.) The inner seal on your driver's door may have been reinstalled improperly (or not at all) when/if they replaced the window motor.

Re: leak

the carpet right above the gas pedal was soaked, if that helps narrow it down. i am going to the dealership to have them look into the other 2 possibilities.

.............yes I have had this happen to be previous 03 G55. In my case it was the drain under the hood that was plugged. The water always went to driver side foot well. I don't know why. The dran I speak of is the one you see when you lift up your hood and look at the midline at the junction of the hood and the windshield.
