Anyone else with persistent problems with their G500?
door handle replaced
window regulator replaced
door lock actuator replaced
alternator replaced
transmission leak from pan, a sensor- repaired
oil leak from pan, dipstick, and somewhere else- repaired
throttle sensor replaced
transmission control unit replaced
two reverse light bulbs replaced
one brake light replaced
All this has totaled about $6000+. What the ?!$!$??? Is this what we should be expecting or is this just something that we needed to take care of and will hopefully not have any other problems?

Some of the other electrical issues can require a brain and cluster transplant to a late 2003 or 2004 ECU and cluster. This, too, seems to have put an end to many of the electrical glitches.
I have a friend who owned 2 or 3 2002's; and now owns a 2000 and a 2005 or 2006. He says that he would never recommend anyone to buy a 2002. His list of repairs on the 2002's included enough pages to make a book.
