G500 fuel problem

Hi I just purchased a 2000 G500 and its only doing 5kms/litre is this right .I wasn`t expecting great economy but this seems wrong ,any info would be great

That seems to be a bit thirsty, although for around town and local driving it's probably fairly realistic.

Highway driving I get about 15 miles per gallon or about 6.4 km/litre with Premium fuel.

Keep in mind that you are driving a very heavy safe on wheels, and it has about the same aerodynamics as Vienna's Hoffburg.
