Brake dust
I will be getting my G550 this summer and was wondering if the G is bad for making brake dust. I would like to get a set of 22 or 24" wheels and was just wondering how bad it would be to keep them clean.
Are last ride was a VW Touareg V10 TDI and it had very bad brake dust on the front wheels!

G55 - R500
EBC, makes brake pads for the G that are very low dust to no dust. On my G55 brake dust has been bad, since changing to EBC reds things are a lot better. The reds are still producing some dust (nothing compared to stock) , but are also higer performance.

I have been looking around for low dust pads and EBC does not have any yet for the newer models (2019+) and Centric has them listed on their web site but they are out of stock ( https://www.apcautotech.com/automoti...edes-benz/g550) but if there is enough interest they will make more so contact them and ask (I did). If anyone else has a recommendation please post! And I know rotors account for most of the dust but pads are cheaper and a good pad will reduce it.
