how to make the ambient light brighter on the door panel
According to the user manual the ambient light can be adjusted. it is via the knob near the instrument cluster.
1. how to make the ambient light (fibre optic cable) on the door panel much brighter ? I never been able to make it as bright as the one show in the brochure
2. Is it possible to keep the ambient light (fibre optic cable) on the door panel on all the time at night time ?

The image in the brochure has a long exposure time and so it looks brighter than it actually is. There is no way to do what you want.

This G beast really is a something special, the only minor issue i had so far would be the command system which is not so modem and the Navi system no so friendly.
Other than that this is a fun fun car

This probably doesn't help you much, but the 2013 G-Class will have an updated COMAND system including some of the new Internet services offered in other 2012 model year MB vehicles.
