Guys trying to adjust head rest it went all the way up and doesn't go down any more. Went to dealership and this people didn't know what to do. Manual didn't help either. And solution to my problem i really need to lower it down cuz i can't see a thing

I'll assume you spoke with a salesman. I would remove it until your able to take it in for service.
