**G36 BRABUS** Its a reliable motor???
Hi.Greetings from Guatemala!! Im recently owner a G36 1993. With only 50,000kms (aprox 30,000 miles). Buy this G36 to make a restoration project and because the engine is practically new. My question is how good is the brabus 3.6 engine? I've seen in various forums that gives heating problems and tends to have problems with head gasket. Is this true??? who have experience with this engine?

I used to own a 1991 300GE with a BRABUS 3.6 engine and it was fairly reliable...and that was in Dubai. The only time it would overheat was if the air conditioning was on during the summer...which was rather inconvenient. Otherwise it ran fine for 150,000km before I got a new one.
