Advise needed
I need help, fellas. Looking to buy 2003 G500 with 110K. One owner, looks real clean, MB dealer showed full history, looks clean two. What problems to look for?

No, I , probably will never use off road, mountain trips maybe.
Should I look for diff, tranny troubles- those are my biggest concerns.
Also, do you know who does ECU tuning?

MB engines are pretty well set up and tuned very close to their maximum HP and torque. An ECU tune would almost certainly not be very cost effective.
