Discounts on 2003 G500?
My friend is interested in a new G500. The MSRP on the one we saw was about $74,xxx. What pricing deals have people gotten? I'm guessing the demand for these cars isn't as high as the AMG cars, so there should be pretty good discouts.

There are a bunch of 2002's and 2003's. The dealers can't give them away. If your dealer doesn't want to deal, look elsewhere. There are a lot of them sitting in inventory.

You know, here in New England dealers fighting every customer.
Both of the dealers I was shopping were promising me a best deal. Finally I got what I wanted Black on Black with all options: HK stereo, comfort seats and parkoninc.
You should shop around, go to different dealers I’m sure you will be able to negotiate a best deal. Always remember people not buying G-500 everyday+dealer have a holdback on this MB – 2k-3k.
