Suspension options on 2009 G550

Hi,

So its been a while since I have owned a car that doesn't have some exotic air suspension, ride lift, so suspension upgrades have been far from my mind. . Any event, I am aware that with more standard type suspension on the G wagon, I can make adjustments. So with that, what are some options. While I read that the Brabus adjustable suspension is great, I am not looking for that. I see that Brabus has an non adjustable option, though there appears to be some thought that its not worth it, for what little it does. I should note that I am in NYC, not in the Colorado Rockies, so I need a real tough setup.I-). I see that Bilstain makes a couple options and I understand they also make the Brabus equipment as well I should also add that I am not interested in lowering the truck. Any suggestions would be great.

Thank you

Try the Koni RAID series, they are very popular upgrade in Japan for G owners. Or i saw 3WD offering a set of Brabus shocks for sale a good price in this forum.

I reached out to a dealer of Koni and they reached out to Koni for me. He said that Koni is telling him that none of their gear will fit on a 2009 G550 and that it only works for trucks up to 2006. Which is odd, as it appears to ok according to these guys.
