Thinking of trading in our G but it has a chip in the center of the windshield just below the rain sensor. I know this can't be fixed and has to be replaced and it cost a lot. I had a windshield replaced under insurance a couple years ago. I'm afraid to submit another claim for yet another windshield. But I think if we try to trade it in they will take off $2-$3k for the windshield.

Any advice?
