Timeport phone problems
My 2002 G500's timeport phone recently broke and will not charge. I took it to my dealer and they said that Motorola no longer supplies them with parts and there was nothing that they could do for me. It would appear from the warranty that this is still covered. Has anybody else had this problem and obtained satisfaction? The 1800 FOR MERC people were not only unhelpful but were rude. The man I talked to refused to transfer me to a supervisor and told me that he spoke for the President of MBUSA and I was out of luck. Have any zone managers authorized replacement with the newer V60 product?
