Hi all.

Would anyone know the difference between the springs (2003 G55) A4603215004-62 Russet Brown and (2009 G55) A4633210504-62 Silver?

We all know the 2003 and 2004 Model Years G55s had the worst riding suspension due to shock and spring combo. Replacing the shocks alone converts the ride day and night. I have been running bilstein medium duty with the stock 2003 G55 Springs for about 5 years now quite happily with no drama.

My question is, will replacing the 2003 G55 with springs from a 2009 G55 make for an improved ride in addition to having already replaced the shocks to Bilstein Medium duty.

My front springs are on their way out and I am going to replace them anyway so if there are better options out there to replace them with I might as well do so now.

Any input would be helpful. Thanks!

I know that upgrading the shocks with Bilsteins is a step in the right direction to correct the ride quality. I'm glad to hear you are pleased with the results.

Depending on your needs, we can build custom springs that will be stiffer or less stiff than stock. We can also do lowering springs for the G55. Hopefully this helps.

My 12 year old front springs were worn and sagging so I replaced them with A4603215004-62 Russet Brown. The G rides amazing now!!
