I use EBC Green Stuff pads. They are super low dust and have superb stopping power. I find that mercedes pads are incredibly dusty. I know a GLK350 that gets dirty wheels a couple days after a thorough wash. I have 22s on my wagen and they don't get brake dust with EBC pads even in the summer when I use the wagen solely for towing a boat.
I also use drilled and slotted rotors. Whenever I buy a new vehicle, my first brake job with it I will do all new drilled slotted rotors. You can buy complete sets on ebay for cheap. They can include pads and often I get a set with pads, but for wagens as heavy as they are, I'd get EBC pads instead.
